As owners of the Wix Data pipelines and infrastructure, data engineers are experts in developing data processes based on the best and most up-to-date methodologies and technologies. Their tech stack includes SQL, Python and Spark, Presto/Trino, Airflow, Snowflake, Big Query and more. They work closely with data stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and deliver accurate, certified data assets. Their efforts enable efficient data utilization and self-service capabilities and contribute to shorter time-to-market for both Wix's internal and external users.

When does the program start and what is the program duration?

The program starts on August 10th, 2025. We'll meet four times a week at our Campus near TLV until October 2025. When the school year starts, you’ll need to be available to work at least three days a week (two in the office) until you graduate.
Is this an internship or a student job?
(02)
This is a paid student job where you'll receive 3-4 months of training before beginning work. Once the program ends, you'll join one of our BA teams and work on real-world projects that will reach millions of users.
What is expected of me during the program?

What do I need to know for the screening assessment phase for each track?

For the Business Analyst program, you will be tested on your business thinking and basic knowledge and familiarity of tools such as Google Sheets and SQL in our hiring process.
For the Data Engineer program, you will be tested on your understanding of data concepts and harnessing tools such as SQL and Python in our hiring process.
What happens after I graduate?

If you pass the program successfully, you’ll join one of our companies as a part-time Student Business Analyst or Data Engineer.
What if my application doesn’t pass?

We're looking for ambitious, business-oriented, passionate students who are eager to learn how data analysis or data engineering can impact businesses, products and millions of users worldwide.
Student
BS/BA student in a quantitative field with at least 2 years left to complete your degree (graduating in July 2028 or later).
In-person
Able to attend our program (starting August, 2026) at the Wix Campus at least 4 days a week before the school year starts August to October and during school, you're available to work 2.5 days a week in the office until you graduate.
English
Ability to present your work and communicate in English.
Ambition
Passionate about data and how it can be used to solve business problems.
Self-directed learner

What if I am on reserve duty?
We understand this is a really challenging time and we want to do our best to accommodate you. If you are in reserves during the application window period, you can still apply to the program using this link and uploading official documentation of your service (אישור מילואים) until May 12th.
If you are in reserves at a later stage in the process, and cannot attend the exam or interviews at their scheduled dates, we will do our best to come up with a solution together on a case-by-case basis.

Can I apply to more than one student program?
Each program is different and caters to different skillsets, experience and unique paths. Because of this, you cannot apply to more than one student program. We recommend taking a moment to think about your skills, interests and where you see yourself growing before choosing the program that suits you best.
